If you want to continue to conquer your goals, Dale will arrange a time and date for your first personal training session.
Depending on your health and fitness goal, the first personal training session will usually start with a health assessment and a basic fitness test. Dale can then measure and monitor your progress throughout your training and identify any areas for improvement. During your first personal training session, various measurements will be taken in order for Dale to see what strengths and weaknesses you have as well as comparing values to future values for signs for improvement. Dale will give you nutrition guidelines to help you achieve your health and fitness goal and start living a healthier lifestyle that you have always wanted.
The sessions will then be suited and tailored around your needs and will focus on exercises that will help you to achieve your aims and goals. For example, if you are after a body transformation, the training program will consist of cardiovascular exercises, resistance training and flexibility to ensure you burn fat, throughout the day, tone up and build lean muscle and staying mobile making everyday tasks easier.

Personal Training sessions will take place at a fantastic facility called The Gym on Bristol Road.
It is fully equipped gym with state of the art fitness equipment for Dale to transform your body and your mind set.
Joining the gym can be very daunting and this may lead to a lack of exercise and deprivation of living a healthier lifestyle. With Dales NutriFitness you can take your personal training sessions outside in the natural surroundings by bringing the gym outdoors. Whether you are wanting to improve your running or just like the feel of fresh air when exercising, we can help. Dale can bring equipment such as boxing gloves, resistance bands and TRX. Other types of equipment can be used depending on your needs or to focus purely around your bodyweight. Past clients have found training outdoors the most beneficial to them and still do, which is why we train in parks more than any gym.

Dales NutriFitness offers couples or group training to start or continue your journey to a healthier lifestyle. If you want to train with a friend, family members, a hen party, or a few colleagues Dale will create specific group training sessions for you.
